  • User account data is retained as long as the account remains active.
  • Users may request account deletion, after which personal data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, unless retention is required by law.

How to Delete Your Account

Steps:

  1. Login to your Comlada account
  2. Navigate to Profile
  3. Click "Delete Account" button
  4. Enter your account password for verification
  5. Confirm deletion request

Important Information:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All personal data will be deleted
  • Device data and history will be removed
  • You will receive a confirmation email after deletion

What Gets Deleted:

  • User account information (name, email, phone number)
  • Device registration and configuration data
  • Historical air quality readings
  • Alert history and notification preferences
  • Custom settings and preferences
